- Established LVAD Program: Participate in a well-established program performing over 40 LVAD procedures annually, with a total exceeding 350 cases.

Qualifications:
- Candidates must hold board certification or be board eligible in critical care medicine.
- Preferred candidates will have experience with ECMO, LVAD, and cardiac transplantation.
- Experience in managing patients during the immediate postoperative phase following heart transplantation is advantageous.
- Experience in perioperative care for cardiothoracic surgery patients is preferred.
