Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Critical Care Nurse to join our team at The Christ Hospital Cardiovascular Associates. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU).
Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Utilize evidence-based practice to provide compassionate and efficient care to patients and families.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of unit-based activities and projects.
- Current licensure to practice nursing in Ohio.
- BLS certification required prior to patient contact.
- ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire in step-down and ICU areas.
- Certification in area of clinical specialty expected within five years of eligibility.
