Position Summary:

The Product Reliability Engineering (PRE) team at Visa is on the lookout for a visionary Middleware Reliability Engineering (MWRE) Lead. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of Visa's digital landscape, ensuring our offerings maintain outstanding reliability, availability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and lead a high-performing team of engineers to deliver top-tier middleware solutions.
- Architect and implement a robust middleware support and deployment framework in the cloud.

Qualifications:
- Extensive experience leading middleware engineering teams in complex, high-scale environments.
- Strong technical proficiency in middleware technologies (e.g., Springboot, MKS, SQS, JBoss).
- In-depth understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven experience in implementing and scaling Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
