The Product Reliability Engineering (PRE) team at Visa is on the lookout for a visionary Middleware Reliability Engineering (MWRE) Lead. Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and lead a high-performing team of engineers to deliver top-tier middleware solutions.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Proven experience in implementing and scaling Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
