About the Role:As a ski instructor, you'll have the opportunity to work with students of all ages and skill levels, teaching them the skills and techniques needed to enjoy the slopes. You'll be responsible for creating a safe and supportive learning environment, providing clear instructions and feedback, and helping students to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:- Teach skiing and snowboarding lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to individual student needs
- Provide clear instructions, feedback, and guidance to students
- Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Previous teaching or coaching experience, preferably in a ski or snowboarding environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
