Are you passionate about sharing your love of snowsports with others? Do you have a knack for creating a fun and safe learning environment? We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Ski or Snowboard Instructor to join our team at Northstar California Resort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages
  • Deliver world-class guest service and create a safe and fun learning environment
  • Support the snow sports school with tasks such as scanning, running surface lifts, and facilitating lunch
  • Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers and riders

Requirements:

  • Must be comfortable and competent skiing and riding on groomed blue terrain
  • Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work weekends and holidays
