**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Hospital Pharmacy Director to lead our pharmacy team in providing exceptional patient care and service excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing and implementing policies and procedures to drive quality and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Oversee the delivery of pharmacy services, including medication management, inventory control, and quality assurance
* Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Ensure pharmacy operations are in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations
* Collaborate with hospital administration to complete quarterly pharmacy operational reviews
* Provide training and guidance to personnel to ensure quality of patient care and high level of customer satisfaction
* Stay up-to-date with the latest research developments concerning new drugs and drug usage
* Maintain contact with other department needs, medical staff, and nursing staff to determine needs, resolve problems, and promote effective drug therapy

**Requirements**

* Advanced degree in Pharmacy required
* Master of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm D preferred
* At least three (3) years of experience in discipline required
* Ten years of experience in discipline preferred
* Knowledge of principals related to pharmaceutical preparation and practices
* Licensed Pharmacist listed by the State Board of Pharmacy
* Two years' experience as a pharmacist
* Minimum one year management experience
* Strong leadership skills

**Location**

This position is located in Stanton, Texas. Potential candidates must live within reasonable driving distance of Stanton, Texas, or be willing to relocate.
