As a Concierge Ambassador at Windsor Communities, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your passion for creating unique experiences and interacting with people from diverse backgrounds will make you a perfect fit for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform front desk tasks, including administrative duties and responding to telephone calls
- Provide consistent and exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors
- Work weekends to accommodate prospective residents, with 2-3 weekends per month required
Requirements:
- Property management or hospitality experience is a plus
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- A customer-focused mentality and ability to multitask
Benefits:
