Job Summary:

As a Concierge Ambassador at Windsor Communities, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your passion for creating unique experiences and interacting with people from diverse backgrounds will make you a perfect fit for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform front desk tasks, including administrative duties and responding to telephone calls
  • Provide consistent and exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors
  • Work weekends to accommodate prospective residents, with 2-3 weekends per month required

Requirements:
  • Property management or hospitality experience is a plus
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A customer-focused mentality and ability to multitask
