Your Role

As a Housekeeping Ambassador, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel, while providing exceptional service to our guests. This includes ensuring that the lobby, hallways, and public areas are kept clean and tidy, as well as setting up meeting room functions and delivering housekeeping items to guest rooms upon request.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure that the lobby, hallways, and public areas are kept clean and tidy.
2. Set up meeting room functions according to the function sheets.
3. Deep clean areas, including shampooing of rooms and public spaces as assigned.
4. Set up and maintain complimentary hotel lobby functions, including the morning coffee service and nightly concierge events.
5. Deliver housekeeping items to guest rooms upon request from the front desk.
6. Get assignments, keys, pager, and special guest requests from your supervisor at the beginning of your shift.
7. Check and replenish your supplies and cleaning tools.
8. Quickly respond to guest requests in a friendly manner.
9. Return lost items with proper documentation to the Housekeeping Department.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a passion for customer service and a flexible schedule. Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required. If you're a team player who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, we'd love to hear from you.
