As a Client Relations Specialist, your responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the order-to-cash process, taking full ownership of customer order management and escalating issues as necessary to foster positive client relationships.
- Monitoring and reporting on customer support metrics, ensuring proactive and consistent communication regarding customer orders.
- Verifying pricing and addressing discrepancies as required.
- Documenting failures and customer feedback through the NCM process, utilizing critical thinking to identify and escalate customer issues and risks.
- Managing Business Continuity Workbooks and handling SAP data, text, and outputs.
- Securing and documenting necessary approvals.
- Applying appropriate reason codes (A/R, LO1634, Cr/Dr, etc.).
- Reviewing and comprehending Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators.
- Building an understanding of customer needs and markets by engaging with segment partners.
- Sharing market intelligence with the primary account manager.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancement and waste reduction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 6 months to one year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word) and web-based applications.
- Ability to interact with clients in a friendly and helpful manner, understanding their needs.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Capability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities.
