Role Responsibilities:
As a Nurse Supervisor, you will oversee nursing staff, acting as a resource and consultant. You will ensure the delivery of nursing care that aligns with hospital and departmental philosophies and objectives.

Maintain established standards of patient care, collaborating with relevant personnel to ensure continuity of care under the supervision of the Chief Nursing Officer.


Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid state RN license is required.
- Certified BLS prior to employment.
- Certified ACLS or completion within the first 6 months of employment.
- CRRN certification is required upon meeting eligibility criteria.

Preferred Experience:
- Two (2) or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
- One (1) or more years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred.
- BSN or enrollment in a BSN program is preferred.
