Assembler I Job Description

HonorVet Technologies is seeking a skilled Assembler I to join our team in Dearborn, MI. As an Assembler I, you will assist senior assemblers in manufacturing and cleaning work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior assemblers with assembling products and sub-components to support vehicle production and other products.
  • Support vehicle and material movement in and around the facility.
  • Follow electronic build books for assembly instructions.
  • Clean and prepare components and vehicles for production.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Follow established safety procedures.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 6+ months' experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School automotive shop class(es).
  • Experience performing personal vehicle maintenance.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficient with computer usage.
  • Ability to learn and follow written instructions.
  • Ability to perform fine hand manipulation.
  • Knowledge of tools and their use.
  • Ability to focus on details and quality of work.
Work Environment:

This is a Monday to Friday position with a shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with overtime as needed.
