We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursing Assistant Certified to join our team at Lourdes Health Network. Job Summary:

The Nursing Assistant Certified will assist professional nursing personnel by performing direct and indirect patient care, treatments, and maintenance of the nursing unit. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, a warm and friendly demeanor, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including vital sign measurement, bathing, dressing, and assisting with daily activities
  • Assist with treatments, such as administering medications and applying dressings
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and one year of acute care experience as a Nursing Assistant-Certified. Certification as a Nursing Assistant-Certified in WA State and current American Heart Association BLS certification are also required.
