About the Position

Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient assessments to identify needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Provide education to patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and care activities
Requirements
  • Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Current RN license in Washington State
  • 1 year of acute or long-term care nursing experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
