Job Title: Operations Program Manager IV

BAE Systems USA is seeking a seasoned Operations Program Manager IV to lead the Operations effort as a Production Product Area Lead for the entire lifecycle of programs. This role involves a combination of collaborative and independent work, with time split between working onsite and remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the proposal effort for Operations and prepare and implement project execution plans for all awarded programs.
  • Identify and coordinate technical, manufacturing, and business resources needed to ensure schedules are met, are on time and on budget.
  • Review the status of projects and budgets, manage schedules, and prepare status reports.
  • Assess issues, drive to closure production efforts, and provide resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Earned Value Management (EVM) experience.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
