Key Responsibilities
  • Assist healthcare providers during office visits, including rooming patients, taking vital signs, and performing clinical procedures.

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including exam rooms and patient care areas.
  • Interact with patients and families in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of a formal medical assistant training program required.
  • CPR certification from a program approved by the American Heart Association required.
  • National Medical Assistant certification preferred.
  • Clinical support experience, specifically in primary care and/or specialty care setting, preferred.
