Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer success initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, Communications or other related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, such as sales, account management, or customer service.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with customers.
