Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Leader to join our team at Eliot Community Human Services. As a Clinical Leader, you will be responsible for providing psychiatric care to adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for working with individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide psychiatric care to adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses
Collaborate with the Team Leader and Lead RN to assess client health, access medical care, and coordinate medical treatment and psychiatric care
Develop and lead in-service trainings on clinical interventions, psychiatric medications, and medical conditions
Provide written reports and oral testimony in commitment hearings and other legal proceedings
Model professional behavior and clinical support to all consumers of the PACT team

Requirements:

Medical Doctor or better
Demonstrated knowledge of the characteristics and problems of adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses
Demonstrated leadership experience in community-based work with adults with severe and persistent mental illness
Licenses & Certifications: Psychiatrist
