Position Summary:
As a Maintenance Technician I, you will play a crucial role in enhancing guest satisfaction by ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and operational. Your expertise in maintenance and customer service will be essential in delivering quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct general facility maintenance under supervision to uphold high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Respond to service requests and perform repairs as assigned, including painting, appliance repair, minor electrical work, and carpentry.
  • Prepare units for new guests by completing necessary maintenance tasks.
  • Utilize basic knowledge for the repair and replacement of fixtures, including doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
  • Maintain outdoor areas by managing waste disposal and performing general landscaping duties.
  • Inspect building systems and report any deficiencies to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a professional demeanor and a positive attitude, demonstrating the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Basic handyman skills are required.
