Starting Rate of Pay $17.50 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Tech I, you will be responsible for providing quality results for our guests by using your maintenance skills, customer service expertise, and guaranteeing each unit and building is in perfectly working order. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing all general facility maintenance under supervision in a manner that ensures the preservation of optimum quality and efficient production.
  • Performing service requests and repairs as directed, including painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry, and other general repairs.
  • Performing maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
  • Applying basic knowledge of repair and replacement of general fixtures, including doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
  • Cleaning and maintaining outside landscape, including emptying trash, picking up trash, and general landscape work.
  • Cleaning and inspecting in-building systems and reporting deficiencies to supervisor. Adhering to the company's safety programs.

Compensation:
The starting rate of pay for this role is $17.50 per hour. The actual hourly rate of the candidate selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
