**About the Role**

The Experience Associate serves as the face of the MiniLuxe brand, delivering an exceptional client experience while managing the service floor and driving revenue. This role requires a passion for beauty, operational excellence, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Experience: Greet and host every client, hang coat/umbrella, and offer beverage. Meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Manage the flow of the MiniLuxe clean lab, maintain studio organization, and ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Service Floor Management: Observe all areas of the service floor to ensure timely and engaging client interactions. Contact clients according to late policy and accurately book appointments.
  • Revenue Growth: Educate clients about polish offerings, service upgrades, loyalty programs, membership, and retail. Optimize bookings for maximum client intake and invite clients to re-book or book recurring appointments.

Requirements and Skill Sets

  • Passion for Beauty: Deliver an amazing client experience in a premium brand environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Accurately and effectively book appointments.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in using computer equipment.

Physical Demands

  • Lifting: Ability to lift 25 pounds.
  • Standing and Walking: Frequently required to stand and walk for long periods.
  • Bending and Kneeling: Ability to bend and kneel as needed.
