We are seeking individuals who take pride in cleanliness and enjoy creating a tidy and inviting environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities
Your role is crucial in ensuring that all guest bathrooms are pristine, hygienic, and well-maintained. Duties include:
- Removing soiled linens and trash, making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming floors, and replenishing room supplies.
- While the work may be physically demanding, the satisfaction of positively impacting guests' experiences is rewarding.
- Efficiently manage your supplies to maintain productivity, with support from the company to ensure you have the necessary materials.
- Handle challenging situations, such as post-event clean-ups or particularly messy rooms, and take pride in your completed work, especially when recognized in guest feedback.

Additional Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional service to guests consistently, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations. Familiarize yourself with the mission and standards of White Lodging.
Maintain cleanliness in accordance with established guidelines and productivity benchmarks. Follow proper procedures for entering guest rooms, ensuring privacy and respect.
Identify maintenance issues and report them promptly, ensuring all equipment and amenities are in working order.
Organize and restock your cleaning cart or backpack according to hotel standards.
Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for both guests and staff, utilizing wet floor signs as necessary.
Use approved cleaning chemicals responsibly, ensuring proper labeling and safety measures are followed.
Protect the confidentiality of all guest and hotel information.
Keep your work area tidy and follow the daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
Maintain punctuality and adhere to attendance policies.
Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management, addressing any guest concerns promptly.
Stay informed about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Comply with all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Associate Orientation Handbook.
Be prepared to work during weekends and holidays as required.
Qualifications
No prior experience is necessary.
Working Environment
Regularly lift and move items weighing up to 10 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs with assistance.
Engage in various physical activities, including standing, walking, reaching, and using hands for tasks.
