Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Systems Administrator III to join our team at GreenState Credit Union. As a key member of our Information Technology department, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, programming, and system maintenance of business systems and technology solutions across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the setup, implementation, management, programming, training, modification, troubleshooting, and ongoing administration of technology solutions.
  • Enable faster and smarter business processes and develop analytics for meaningful insights.
  • Manage, implement, troubleshoot, and administer third-party websites that support departmental business operations.
  • Perform administration tasks, such as user/group management, security permissions, group policies, print services, and research event-log warnings and errors.
  • Program custom work and write reports as needed.
  • Ensure departmental systems meet regulatory compliance and internal policies.
  • Communicate process changes, enhancements, and modifications to management, peers, staff, and other employees.
  • Conduct research, review, and analysis of the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes and develop strategies for enhancement.
  • Create, modify, and remove user access for various departmental systems.
  • Conduct training on software/new systems for the organization as needed.
Requirements
  • College degree required (Computer Science degree or other STEM major preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of system administration, IT, or related experience required.
  • Experience in project management, application design and integration, and cloud computing preferred.
  • Experience working with digital customer-facing applications in a technical capacity required (analysis, administration, engineering).
  • Must be self-driven with a high ability for technical aptitude and independent ownership.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to accomplish workload.
  • Experience with Q2 (or other digital platforms) preferred.
