Key Responsibilities- Conduct testing following established procedures and guidelines.

- Perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
- Execute machine setup, calibration, and routine maintenance.
- Reconstruct manufacturing equipment as necessary to maintain functionality.
- Engage with cutting-edge technology aimed at enhancing global health and safety.
- Recognize employee achievements through our appreciation initiatives.
- Participate in daily team meetings to address production challenges and celebrate successes.
- Contribute to innovative projects involving new and emerging products.

- Receive ongoing training through hands-on experience and online resources.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A 2-year technical degree is preferred, along with 2+ years of relevant manufacturing experience, or a combination of education and experience demonstrating the necessary skills. Military Technical Training may also be considered in lieu of a technical degree.
- Minimum of 1 year in manufacturing or electronics testing is preferred.
- Prior experience with testing equipment such as Digital Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, and Chart Recorders is advantageous.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, 6S, and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in Windows-based and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) is beneficial.
- Ability to interpret detailed schematics and perform basic troubleshooting on electronic and mechanical systems.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Comfortable working in a controlled environment with appropriate safety equipment.
- Capable of following detailed instructions and completing assigned tasks efficiently.
- Adept at analyzing and resolving problems both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to support projects, conduct training, and work productively within cohesive teams.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational capabilities.
- Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of successful collaboration across diverse teams.
