Founded in 1978, the Arizona Community Foundation is dedicated to promoting sustainable philanthropy for the benefit of Arizona. With a legacy of collaboration with generous individuals, families, and organizations, ACF addresses significant challenges faced by the state.
Role Responsibilities
The Senior Vice President will lead the Community Engagement & Impact team, implementing strategic initiatives to effectively connect with community partners and enhance the Foundation's outreach efforts. This role requires a seasoned leader with expertise in team management, strategic planning, and community engagement.
Key Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in community relations, a proven track record of successful team leadership, and a deep understanding of best practices in community engagement. This individual will empower their team to activate diverse communities across Arizona, ensuring that the Foundation remains a community-centric philanthropic leader.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this position is competitive, with a salary range of $125,000 to $175,000, commensurate with experience. ACF provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a wellness program, a retirement plan, professional development opportunities, and generous paid time off.
