We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Lakewood Health System. As a Clinical Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care to our residents at Lakewood Manor.
Key Responsibilities- Manage assisted living services, including completing essential paperwork and complying with state regulations.
- Monitor and maintain resident records and nursing notes.
- Implement, review, and revise service agreements with clients.
- Communicate with physicians and other personnel regarding changes in client needs or conditions.
- Oversight of medication administration and disposal by unlicensed staff.
- Supervise other nursing and unlicensed personnel, including orientation, training, and regular check-ins.
- Coordinate staff education, including at least 8 hours of in-services per year.
- Provide support and address needs for programs, including communication of changes to resident care plans and coordination of services with other service providers.
- Current MN RN licensure.
- Minimum 1-year supervisory experience in a health-related field.
- Minimum 3-year clinical nursing experience.
- Experience working with older adults.
