Position Overview

The Store Management Executive is tasked with directing the overall functionality of the retail establishment, formulating and executing a sales strategy to optimize revenue, while ensuring a delightful and positive shopping experience for all patrons. This role involves managing the store personnel and fostering alignment with our corporate values and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Surpass productivity and sales targets consistently.
  • Enhance profitability by effectively controlling expenses such as payroll, supplies, and inventory loss.
  • Exemplify outstanding customer service by leading sales initiatives on the sales floor.
  • Educate and supervise each team member on store operations and company policies.
  • Recruit, train, inspire, and retain high-quality sales associates.
  • Establish objectives and manage expectations by clearly communicating success metrics to the team.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews with each associate, analyzing productivity against goals, providing coaching, and addressing performance issues as necessary.
  • Maintain exemplary standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
  • Complete daily paperwork reconciliation and other operational duties.
  • Safeguard store assets and inventory, reconciling stock to minimize shrinkage.
  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in retail management; familiarity with the local market is advantageous.
  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
  • Comprehensive understanding of specialty retail, including business growth, visual merchandising, and operational management.
  • Proficient in using retail point of sale systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 15 pounds for merchandising purposes and navigate ladders or stairs.
  • Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities; capable of delegating tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey the company's objectives.
  • A dynamic, enthusiastic, and high-energy personality that is sales-oriented and takes full responsibility for the store's performance.
  • A mentor and leader who recognizes individual strengths and development opportunities.
  • A skilled trainer in customer service, sales techniques, and operational procedures.
