About Us:
Gregorys Coffee is a specialty coffee company founded in 2006 with an ambitious spirit to see coffee differently. We source and roast our coffee beans, produce all of our pastries in-house, and take pride in serving specialty coffee to a diverse group of customers. Our team members enjoy free coffee/tea beverages, freshly baked items, and other benefits such as sick pay, family leave, location flexibility, holiday overtime pay, paid in-store training, travel/commuter reimbursement, and internal promotion opportunities.
Responsibilities:
As a barista, your responsibilities will include creating a warm and inclusive environment for your team and customers, preparing specialty coffee and espresso beverages, baking delicious scones, muffins, cookies, and pastries fresh daily, maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards, and having an open mind to learning new things and embracing change. You will also be required to complete any and all training material provided to ensure full understanding of our menu and deliver excellent customer service.
Work Environment:
