Senior Compensation Analyst

Peregrine Team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation Analyst to join their team in Newport Beach, CA. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire role with full benefits and competitive pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business units to address compensation-related issues, including new positions, equity, and wage and hour questions.
- Develop and interpret compensation policies to ensure market competitiveness.
- Provide analytical support to the Compensation Staff through established compensation evaluation systems, analytics, design, and reporting.
- Analyze market surveys to ensure the hospital's positions are competitive.
- Manage job descriptions for assigned client groups and ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
- Participate in major Compensation projects, including the Reach program and other initiatives supporting performance management and HR automation.
- Stay current with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations to ensure organization compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with extensive experience in compensation.
- Current CCP Certification is preferred.
- Strong Excel experience, including VLookups and formulas.
