Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Treatment Technician to join our team at Siena Francis House. As a key member of our residential program, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct supervision and support to residents in our treatment program.
  • Transport clients to and from AA meetings and other approved activities.
  • Monitor residential facilities for safety and well-being.
  • Conduct urinalysis drug screens and provide support for clients in their recovery.
  • Assist with intakes, including initial screenings and orientations.
  • Support counselors and other staff members in their work with residents.
  • Help residents develop recovery skills and hold them accountable in their journey.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the residential program.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with clients suffering from substance abuse addiction and/or mental illness.
  • High School degree or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Clean driving record and Nebraska's license.
  • Basic computer skills required.
