Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AVP Revenue Cycle to join our team at AdventHealth. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to our revenue cycle support functions, including project management, analytics, quality audit/training/education, and business analysts/system SMEs teams.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale transformations and performance improvement results, with a strong ability to standardize and improve operations to align with leading practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee revenue cycle support functional areas, including project management, analytics, quality audit/training/education, and business analysts/system SMEs teams.
  • Ensure alignment of individual support functional areas with broader revenue cycle and enterprise strategic objectives.
  • Oversee standardization, accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of revenue cycle support functions to align with industry best practices.
  • Work with other corporate revenue cycle leaders to establish realistic and innovative internal SLAs for relevant support functions.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in finance, business, or health administration.
  • Background in change management and project management.
  • Ten plus years' experience in revenue cycle leadership.
  • Revenue cycle certifications preferred, such as CHFP, CMPA, CPAM, or certification in healthcare financial management association areas.
  • Project management skills and/or certifications.
  • Epic EMR certifications in related areas.
  • Six Sigma certification.
