This critical role is vital for the continued growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate and timely clerical support for automotive dealerships
• Post and reconcile accounting entries efficiently and accurately
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers

This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday 8am-5pm position. Work is performed at an adjustable-height desk in an office setting. You will be trained in our dealership computer system(s). Compensation is $18-$24 DOE.

Requirements:
• Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions and information
• Prior experience in automotive accounting is preferred
• Strong focus and motivation to meet deadlines
• Customer-centric approach
