Job Summary:

The Coffee Kiosk Attendant is a vital member of the St. Luke's Health Network team, providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve coffee and specialty beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Rotate and serve food prepared by the nutrition services staff, ensuring proper food safety and handling procedures are followed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Perform daily cash handling and balancing tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull objects weighing up to 100 pounds.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.

Work Schedule:

This is a per diem position, with varying shifts available, including weekends and holidays.
