Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist Senior to join our team in a Specialty Pharmacy setting. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of our pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient education on medication regimens and ensure adherence
  • Perform clinical monitoring and make drug-related recommendations/interventions based on clinical judgment
  • Update patient profiles and other forms of clinical documentation
  • Participate in additional clinical and operational projects as assigned by the supervisor
  • Contribute to the technical duties of the specialty pharmacy, including quality control/assurance and performance improvement
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy
  • Possession of the legal requirements for the practice of pharmacy as determined by the CA Board of Pharmacy
  • Three years of clinical experience as a licensed pharmacist in an Ambulatory Care setting
  • Current BLS or ACLS certification
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Pharm.D. highly desirable
  • Hospital pharmacy residency
