Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, lead, train, and oversee the sales team at the agency level.
  • Guide team members in overcoming challenges and collaboratively pursuing growth objectives.
  • Maintain an extensive understanding of community resources, providing training and education to the sales team.
  • Engage with healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, regarding prospective and current patients.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with referral sources, patients, families, healthcare professionals, and the broader community to enhance understanding of our care philosophy.
  • Support the Director of Admissions in managing the referral to admissions process to meet growth targets.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in healthcare sales is preferred.
  • Familiarity with hospice care is advantageous.
