Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Graduate Nurse to join our team at Northeast Georgia Health System. As a Graduate Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our nursing team.
Job Summary:The Graduate Nurse will be responsible for providing direct and safe patient care based on the nursing process, and for coordinating care for assigned patients on a shift to promote the achievement of clinical outcomes. This role requires consultation with more experienced clinicians and acceptance of feedback as a constructive professional development tool.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver safe, effective, and efficient care that meets population-specific guidelines
- Actively work to make own and related teams successful, effectively communicate with patients, families, and colleagues at all levels, and show consideration and respect for others
- Effectively prioritize, recognize problems, and utilize evidence-based practice
- Demonstrate personal mastery, leadership of self and others, as appropriate, delegate appropriately, and support the NGHS shared governance model
- Licensure or other certifications: Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia
- Minimum Experience: One (1) year of experience as a professional RN
- Preferred Job Qualifications: National certification in clinical specialty as eligible, Bachelor of Nursing Degree, Long Term Care: One (1) year experience
