Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a safe and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia.
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
  • 0-1 year of RN experience; successful completion of new grad orientation or successful completion of an RN refresher course for acute care nurses.
  • Preferred: National certification in clinical specialty as eligible.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BSN degree.
  • Previous experience in acute care nursing.
