We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Northeast Georgia Health System Inc. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct and safe patient care based on the nursing process, and for coordinating care for assigned patients on a shift to promote the achievement of clinical outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care that take into consideration the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to the development of unit-based quality improvement initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and research, and apply evidence-based knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Licensure or other certifications: Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
- Educational Requirements: Associate's Degree. ADN or Diploma required.
- Minimum Experience: 0-1 year of RN experience - successful completion of new grad orientation or successful completion of an RN refresher course for acute care nurses.
- Preferred Licensure or other certifications: National certification in clinical specialty as eligible.
- Preferred Educational Requirements: BSN.
- Preferred Experience: Other.
