Key Responsibilities:
A typical day includes:
- Overseeing staff schedules and cancellations within the designated state.
- Acting as a liaison between families and therapists as necessary.
- Updating relevant spreadsheets within the system.
- Ensuring optimal utilization of client hours and therapist availability.
- Collaborating with the recruitment team to ensure staffing needs are met.
- Strategic planning to expand operations and maximize caseloads.
- Working with management to enhance internal strategies.
- Responding to patient communications effectively.
- Collecting consents and necessary ABA documentation from patient families.
- Verifying insurance eligibility and coverage details.
- Documenting all changes and communications related to patient accounts as needed.
- Maintaining efficient appointment scheduling, waitlist management, registration, patient flow, and discharge procedures to improve patient satisfaction.
- Addressing client issues with sensitivity and confidentiality.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
What You Bring:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communication-focused role.
- At least 2 years of experience with a strong understanding of management and strategic planning.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Capability to work collaboratively across functions.
- Positive team player attitude and high energy.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, OneNote, and general computer literacy.
Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
