About the Role

Tenet-AZ Region, a reputable healthcare organization, is seeking a skilled Patient Care Tech to join their team in Phoenix, Arizona.

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, basic computer knowledge, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist professional or licensed nurses with tasks requiring less technical skills.
  • Participate in shift and bedside report.
  • Support regional, facility, department, and unit initiatives.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED or valid CNA or PCA/PCT Certificate.
  • CPR certification required.
  • EKG training preferred in selected units.
  • PREFERRED: One year of experience as a nursing assistant in an acute care setting and CNA/LNA registration from the Arizona State Board of Nursing.
