Caregiver Role

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver to join our team at the N 40th Lane Group Home in Phoenix, AZ. This part-time position involves providing assistance and strategies to help our participants live well in their community and environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities
  • Support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs
  • Develop real, meaningful relationships with the participants
  • Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management skills

Benefits
