Job Overview

Ainsworth Inc US is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in the New York area. This role will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strong customer relationships, and promoting our HVAC Control Systems products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales targets in the greater New York area.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including contractors, building owners, and managers, to identify new business opportunities and enhance existing relationships.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of HVAC Control Systems and be able to recommend the most applicable system or technical solution to meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in a sales role, with direct sales experience in Building Control Systems.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, technical, and financial skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
