Job Title: Construction Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Lead to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Pittsburgh. As a Construction Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing various construction projects, ensuring high-quality work, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of skilled trades, including drywall finishing, finish carpentry, and other construction-related work.
  • Be knowledgeable about building best practices, building products, and building technologies.
  • Communicate effectively with management and customers.
  • Follow and enforce established safety practices, including proper use of PPE.
  • Perform mitigation services as needed.
  • Other related activities as requested by project managers or estimating staff.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Higher.
  • 5 years or more of experience in a related position.
Physical Demands:
  • Occasional climbing, balancing, crouching, frequent stooping, reaching, kneeling, and handling.
  • Lift 5-40 lbs. frequently.
  • May involve significant standing, walking, pushing, and pulling.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces.
  • Exposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild to extreme.
  • Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud.
Licenses or Certifications:
  • Valid PA driver's license.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • Water, Fire & Smoke, Carpet Cleaning, and Applied Structural Drying IICRC Certifications are preferred.
