As a Construction Quality Representative, your primary responsibility will be to uphold NVR's Brand Promise by delivering technical support and conducting research to resolve quality issues related to products and services, both in the manufacturing plant and in the field. You will also perform studies and analyses to assess quality and service levels, while recommending and implementing improvement plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively enhance the quality assurance program at the plant by developing, maintaining, coordinating, and implementing systems and procedures.

• Create and maintain reports to evaluate quality and service levels, providing analyses and action plans for performance enhancement.

• Conduct audits and research studies, communicating findings and recommendations within both manufacturing and homebuilding sectors.

• Collaborate with shop floor personnel and quality team members to understand and meet customer quality expectations.

• Continuously upgrade and maintain quality standards across all departments as necessary.

• Diagnose product quality issues and take necessary corrective actions.

• Address inquiries and issues from homebuilding operations promptly and effectively.

• Oversee and manage special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Proficient in reading construction blueprints.

• Familiarity with the technical aspects of residential construction is advantageous.

• Ability to build relationships and engage with internal customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.

• Proven capability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and drive results to achieve desired outcomes.

• Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and manage multiple priorities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Willingness to work flexible hours, travel to job sites regularly, and participate in out-of-state training.

• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
