At Intellia, we're pushing the boundaries of genome editing to develop curative treatments for severe and life-threatening diseases. As our Associate Director, Corporate Analytics & Decision Support, you'll play a pivotal role in informing our strategic plan and driving business growth.

About the Role

This high-visibility position requires a solutions-oriented problem solver who can develop and implement analytical frameworks to support executive decision-making. You'll lead portfolio modeling to ensure our near-term investments align with our long-range plan, partner with Business Development to execute within areas of strength, and evaluate opportunities to leverage external innovation.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement analytical frameworks to support strategic decision-making
* Collaborate with functional leadership to understand key business questions and develop bespoke analytics
* Lead portfolio modeling to ensure capital requirements and revenue opportunities are considered in planning exercises
* Partner with finance and program management to support strategic planning
* Collaborate with Business Development to assess and guide opportunities consistent with corporate strategy

About You

We're seeking a seasoned professional with 8+ years of industry experience, significant experience deploying analytics to support decision-making, and a proven track record of success in a matrixed environment. You'll be a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, able to manage up, down, and across the organization to drive insight generation.
