We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Global Powertrain team at PACCAR's Technical Center in Mt. Vernon, WA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive risk mitigation plan to ensure project plans align seamlessly with the program schedule.

As a collaborative individual with excellent communication skills, you will work closely with engineering, quality, and global test departments to gather and effectively communicate validation information, coordinate activities across our global test facilities, and maintain alignment with multiple vehicle integration programs.

You will also be responsible for reporting progress, actively participating in problem-solving, and adapting the validation plan to maintain the project schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management or relevant professional experience.

  • Proven ability to professionally interface with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Skilled in conflict management and resolution.

Education

A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
