ResponsibilitiesThe Inventory Specialist will be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular audits to ensure data integrity.
- Managing inventory levels and forecasting demand to minimize overstock.
- Collaborating with the sales team to plan inventory accordingly.
- Ensuring compliance with all state and local regulations regarding the handling and storage of cannabis products.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a retail or dispensary setting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and TreezPOS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
