  • Oversee the development of PS&E Right of Way and Easement plan sets for significant multi-disciplinary light rail projects.
  • Collaborate with engineering personnel and associated departments.
  • Review and manage drawings and submissions.
  • Perform engineering calculations and design tasks.
  • Assist in drafting project specifications.
  • Prepare technical and engineering documentation.
  • Utilize CADD for the preparation of plans.
  • Create exhibits for community engagement meetings.
  • Conduct research and evaluate agency standards.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Licensed Professional Engineer or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Degree in Engineering.
  • Experience in the creation and delivery of plan sets.
  • Highly motivated and reliable.
  • Basic proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Willingness to learn additional software tools.
  • Understanding of engineering principles, land surveying, or construction practices.
  • Self-driven and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
