Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from ground up, ensuring timely delivery and budget control.
  • Lead and motivate diverse teams to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement construction processes, equipment, and OSHA safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and relationship management.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA safety guidelines.
  • Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
