Job Title: Plumbing Superintendent

Gibson Plumbing Company, a leading provider of plumbing services, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of plumbing systems in multifamily properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement plumbing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine plumbing system specifications and installation requirements.
  • Determine water supply networks and waste drainage systems, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth installation and material requisition.
  • Install and test plumbing systems, ensuring they meet all safety and quality standards.
  • Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance are properly sized, aligned, supported, and graded.
  • Follow all protocols set forth by Gibson Plumbing Company and implement them on every job assigned.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Current state driver's license.
  • Able to climb 10 flights of stairs and carry 50 pounds.
  • Spanish speaking a plus but not required.
  • Multi-tasking and time management abilities.
  • Excel knowledge and iPad familiarity.
  • Courteous communication skills.
  • Customer service.
  • Teamwork.
  • Current Journeyman or Master's license issued by the state of Texas.
