Direct Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Worker to join our team at LA Health and Rehab, Inc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in a residential treatment facility.
Key Responsibilities- Implement individualized treatment plans for clients, ensuring their unique needs are met.
- Supervise and assist clients with daily living activities, including cooking, meal planning, and household maintenance.
- Encourage participation in recreational and leisure activities, promoting social skills and development.
- Monitor and report any incidents or accidents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
- Collaborate with the home manager and clinical director to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving history.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion and empathy for clients with diverse needs.
